Instead of high-rise buildings and the traditional timeshare model,
a villa-based resort concept is being planned.

Each villa will feature both indoor and outdoor thermal and swimming pools,

Guests will stay directly in private villas,
with access to comprehensive thermal resort services designed for maximum comfort.

Kinesiology Treatment​

The emerging kinesiology treatment approach in Turkey
will be implemented here as part of the health tourism offering.

Integrated Health, Leisure, and Sports​

All health, leisure, and sports services
will be delivered under one integrated structure.

Organic and Natural Nutrition​

  • Crops will be grown in nearby farmlands using heirloom seeds
    and plant-based specialty fertilizers.
  • Guests will enjoy access to healthy, naturally grown foods.

Innovative Transportation Infrastructure​

Integrated transportation solutions will be developed
between Güdül city center and the resort,
supporting both shopping and tourism purposes.

Medical Center Integration​

A permanent and accessible transportation link will be established
between the special wound treatment center and the thermal resort.

Resort Structure​

The project includes the construction of 260 villas:

  • 100 units → Hotel villas
  • 150 units → Private villas with rental guarantees
  • 10 units → Reserved for orphans and elderly individuals

  • Preliminary agreements have been made with wooden villa manufacturers.
