Project Preparation Phase

The pre-development phase of the project has been completed, including:

  • Architectural and landscape designs
  • Preliminary project drafts

The resort project has been designed to include the following components:

  • Sports facilities
  • Cafés and restaurants
  • Sports and entertainment venues
  • Thermal baths and hammams
  • Swimming pools

Development parameters may vary depending on the characteristics of the implementation site.

Social Responsibility Component​

One of the project’s core pillars is its focus on social support initiatives.

  • 10 villas within the facility will be dedicated to orphans and elderly individuals without caregivers.
  • These individuals will receive free vacation and healthcare services.

Healthy Living and Rest Experience​

The newly developed wellness center will not only provide accommodation and recovery services,
but will also offer guests a unique and transformative lifestyle experience.

Natural Nutrition Approach​

  • On neighboring farmlands,
    crops grown using biohumus, soil regeneration techniques, and specially formulated fertilizers
    will be used to prepare healthy menus based on innovative agricultural technologies.

Guests will have the opportunity to renew not just their bodies,
but also their nutritional habits.
