To successfully implement the RWA model, the project will activate the following legal controls and infrastructure regulations:

KYC / AML Compliance Procedures​

  • Identification of investors
  • Verification of funding sources

Securities Definition​

  • The token structure will be aligned with:
    • Capital markets laws
    • Securities definitions
    • Crowdfunding regulations

Investor Rights​

  • Revenue sharing (annual dividends)
  • Access to the fund/company’s financial statements

Certifications and Regulatory Compliance​

  • Full compliance with Turkish and international auditing standards is targeted.

Transparent Revenue Distribution​

The process by which token holders receive revenue shares is made fully transparent and automated:

  • Project revenues are regularly distributed on-chain via smart contract infrastructure.

Revenue Source Transparency Module​

  • Occupancy rates, production efficiency, and revenue streams are published on-chain.
  • Audit reports and performance documents are delivered directly to digital wallets.

Liquidity and Trading Ease​

  • Investors can easily buy and sell their tokens on-chain through decentralized exchanges.
